SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are handmade and prepared within 3 to 5 business days. Personalized, made to order or 3D printed products may require 5 to 7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays or carrier transit time.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Available shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 5 to 8 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been processed or shipped.

CARRIER DELAYS

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. Mariaandherjournal is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays or service interruptions, but we will help you review the tracking information when possible.

LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for several business days or a package appears lost, contact us at mariaandherjournal@gmail.com so we can help review the shipment.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the package, check around the delivery area, ask household members and neighbors and contact the carrier. Please also notify us within 3 days of the delivery scan.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping it again.
